Bio: Erica B. (Rikki) Grubb is an attorney and independent consultant. She graduated cum laude from Harvard law school in 1973, and Phi Beta Kappa/cum laude from Harvard-Radcliffe College in 1969.

Rikki is a former partner in the Labor and Litigation Departments of Morrison & Foerster. She has also practiced as a public interest lawyer with Public Advocates in San Francisco, and the Texas Legal Services Center in Austin. While in Texas, Rikki taught Employment Discrimination and an Education Law Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law. Most recently, Rikki served as the Director of Child Nutrition Policy for California Food Policy Advocates in San Francisco.

Rikki is the mother of two grown children, and is married to W. Norton Grubb, the David Gardner Professor of Higher Education at U.C. Berkeley.

Consulting Experience: Rikki has done extensive counseling on equal employment and human resources matters. She has also advised nonprofit organizations on a range of policy and legal issues involving children, fiscal reform, and re-shaping the post-retirement decades into new opportunities for civic engagement.
